Dual Head Wing Formers
Dual Head Wing Formers form tall panels, deep "u" wrappers, and one-piece boxes without wasting time welding seams. Our wing benders are designed with left and right forming units. One unit is stationary, while the other is adjustable. This design allows two forms to be made at the same time, assuring part parallelism and eliminating blank inconsistency from gauging off part edges.
The ability to adjust one unit individually gives a wide range of distances between bends. This machine compliments press brakes in a work cell arrangement to complete the short forms on parts that are ergonomically difficult to handle or do not fit press brake physical limitations.
